Small but very good hotel, close to Omonia Plaza, metro, in a small walking street, out of noise. I stayed for 9 nights in july 2005. The staff is very friendly and helpful. English spoken, and some also spanish (my native language). Breakfast is simple but good. I can't give opinion about rate, because I bought a travel package.
