20 years Eden the first and unique Restaurant of Vegetarianism of Athens.
What and How?
The Eden, the internationally known restaurant of vegetarianism of Athens, believes in the combination of hygiene nutrition with the enjoyable flavour, the variety and the originality of dishes and drinks that it offers. The first matters that it selects it is at least at 90% of (as long as seasonally horticultural it allows) products of biological agriculture. The Eden does not use transeformed horticultural or soya, serves always natural foods of exceptional quality, that can be accompanied from natural biological wines of name of origin.
Where, When, Who?
The history of Eden began in 1982 in the Plate, in stone preservable the road 3 Flessa, where it remained up to 1993. From then up to today it is found in the ground floor of 12 Lissiou, near in graphic graduated street the Mnisikleous that leads to the Anafiotika. There it functions in specifically shaped space of two levels, in the one from which they found… shelter exclusively not smoked. The Eden is directed by the Timo Papadopoulo, holder of diploma Master of Economic Sciences of University Northeastern of Boston.
Timos Papadopoulos and his collaborators founded in 1998 the first Viorama, extending their field of activities, always in in the frame of conviction that the ecology is not something else despite elementary necessity and daily affair our title Viorama represents the biological vision that characterizes (already more the one) shops of retail trade of mixed use, that include fresh vegetables, types of grocery and bakery, plant cosmetics, detergents, but also publications relative with the health, the nutrition and the ecology. The factors of shops Viorama, joint with colleagues householdersof other relevant shops, founded the 2001tin company GROUND MITIR, that is specialised in the wholesale trade of biological products. Thus, the Viorama checks more immediately the quality of products that allocates, thing that is also in effect for the Eden, as for the materials that use.

| When I was in Athens, I found this to be the best restaurant among many wonderful ones. I don&ීt think you can get a bad meal here if you tried.

| We were glad to find a vegetarian restaurant in Athens when we were there last week. Eden is a nice place, has delicious food (esp. the Meditteranean Tort)and wine and is a quiet place in the busy Plaka neighbourhood. We can recommand it to others.
