Sceptre of the Metropolitan of Hadrianopolis, later Oecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, Neophytos IV. Gold plated silver, decorated with ivory and enamel plaques, precious and semi-precious stones. It is inscribed. It is dated between the years 1644 and 1688.
